When will my order ship & How long to arrive?

We usually ship items within 1-3 Days after confirmed payment.

In general, we ship via Fedex , UPS, average transit time is about  8- 12 business days. You can view the estimated delivery dates on the product page, in special situation the items transfer by Amazon, the tracking number may be delayed.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.


Free Shipping 

All of our items are FREE SHIPPING in normal cases (within the contiguous United States). You can get the items with no shipping cost. There is no other hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the total cost of your purchase.

  • Standard USA Shipping Times: 8-12 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) ( Cost: Free Shipping )
  • Secure & express USA Shipping Times: 5-8 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) ( Cost: $4.81 )
  • We process all orders within 1 - 3 Days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

How can I place an order?

To place an order for your favorite item you need to:

  1.  Go to the page of your chosen product.

    2. Check the quantity if you would like to order more than one item.

    3. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button to proceed to checkout.

    4. And finally select the billing method; provide shipping information, and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 


How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order.

In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?

We always recommend you to check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us.

If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support at support@Concosua.us and we’ll send it again right away.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to support@Concosua.us requesting cancellation.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed by our warehouse.

Therefore, we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

How do I change my order?

It’s important to notify us if you would like us to make a change to your order, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, any changes to your order is no longer possible.

Please make sure you send us an email as soon as possible at support@Concosua.us for any changes you would like to make (such as your shipping address).
